Guarantee & Returns Policy
If the product
arrives damaged, damaged in transit, or if you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase from Amazonas Gifts, you can return the goods within 14 days
of receipt of goods for either an exchange or refund.
We only refund money
paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused
condition accompanied with the original box/gift bag if applicable.
We are unable to
accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons other than defective
or damaged items.
Please note all
refunds will be for the full price paid for the product and any postage costs. A refund
will be made via Paypal to your credit/debit card account.
Please follow the
return procedure as below:
1. E-mail us or use the return form on our web site to let
us know about your return. Please state the reason of return, order reference
number, product code and your contact name, telephone number and address.
2. Returns will take approximately 2 business days to be processed after we received your items.
3. Items must be in original packaging, in
all original boxes, packing materials and tags.
4. We strongly recommend that you fully
insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier
that can provide you a "proof of delivery". Amazonas Gifts will not
be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
5. All shipping back to us is paid for by the customer.
